Hi, I have a SmartThings hub and a Bond Hub, I’ve been using the bond integration for a long time with no problems, about 4 weeks ago, every time I turn on or off any Bond device from smart things it actually turns on and off but the status reverts back quickly. Example: from SmartThings, I turn on a light connected to the bond hub, the light turns on, but the status in the SmartThings app goes back to off, the light stays on, if I turn it on again in the SmartThings app it stays on, the same behavior is sown when turning on and with any device controlled by bond. If I turn on or off devices in the bond app they work fine but status doesn’t update in SmartThings app. If i go to the SmartThings app and refresh the link the status updates fine. I’ve already tried unlinking Bond from SmartThings and linking it again, but this didn’t fix the problem. Any idea of what could be causing this and how to fix it? Thanks.
There is a custom Edge driver available if you want to remove the linked service and add the Bond hub through a direct LAN connection.
If you wish to continue using the linked service… provide more details such as type of devices (brand/model) you are having an issue with? is the firmware of the bond bridge up-to-date?
Hi! Thanks for your prompt reply, I like the idea of using the LAN driver, I installed the driver but I cannot see the bond hub in the ST hub. I created a message in the thread you pasted asking for help.
If that doesn’t work I will re try the ST integration and will give you more details.
