I don’t think that’s an upcoming device. Samsung Will post concept documents in the early stages of development, and it looks to me like that’s what that website got a hold of and they assumed it was a leak of a real future device. My guess would be instead that that is something from the early stages of development for the existing “Samsung connect.” This is being discussed in another thread:

Hard to “leak” something that was posted in 2015. It seemed more likely to just be a draft version of a device that has not been manufactured, like the Samsung sleep sensor which had a similar manual posted on the same site. Note also that the document references “S voice” which was Samsung’s 2012 voice assistant introduced for the galaxy 5. Anything which was really new would mention Bixby. It’s also notable that there’s no FCC information on this device. I think it most likely that this is an early version of what later became the current Samsung connect (with many fewer features, obviously). But we’ll see.
