I find this hilarious, Nest silently raised the price of the Nest Protect by $20 and no one seemed to bat an eyelid.

They are smart (VLANs and such) and some of them offer POE, which is great for wired cameras.
Vlans are nice to segregate your IOT from your personal networks.

One thing I didn’t see included is that Target has the Nest Cam (indoor) for $139. I think that might be the cheapest around for BF.

Home Depot already has the ST Hub on sale for that price in stores depending on availability.
I’d suggest waiting until Best Buy posts their prices on individual color bulbs. They have announced 20% off on hue color bulbs. It may be getting 4 individual could be cheaper than the 4 pack. You never know. And check out Amazon too!

The Smart Plug has been on sale for a few days and that ends today (11/15/17). A few other iris devices seem to have gone on sale today but not sure if they are compatible with ST.

I purchased the unifi HD from Newegg and USG from BH video
I know that the prices I got the Iris stuff was ridiculously low but we were getting the Plugs for $11, the Motions for $12 and the Contacts for $8. We were also getting the GE Switches for about $22 all consistently. I think those days are gone…

Well… I am driving down from Toronto to Atlanta (14 - 16 hours) so I am pretty sure they think I am crazy already so wouldn’t run it past them lol.
