BGW320 and Smart things v2 ... Solid blue light

ATT recently upgraded my modem/router to a BGW320… Bur for the life of me, I cannot get this thing to connect. It is stuck on a solid blue light. I’ve tried assigning it a static IP, as well as forwarding the appropriate ports…but no dice, as well as resetting my Hub to factory settings (painful decision!)

I’m out of ideas. Anybody got a clue what to try next before I just give up?

Update: Called ST Support, they said the only thing to do is to call ISP and open ports 39500, 11111, and 443. I did that. ISP says the ports show open on their end, yet still a solid blue light…
