Automation not working (timed tasks)

Hello everyone,

I’m new to the forum and I looked for it and registered because my SmartThings seems to be NOT working on automated tasks every time.

For example, I have the living room lamps to turn on at sunset, most of the times they do but sometimes they don’t. Also, and most annoying, is that the alarm is set to turn off at 6am everyday, however sometimes even after 7am the alarm is still on so whenever you open a window or walk through an area that is monitored the alarm will go off.

And what I find weird is that the opposite actions (living room lamps turning off, and alarm turning on) do always work on the set time.

Does anyone know a way to fix this? Is there a way to submit a report on this erratic behavior?

Same was happening to me so I moved my timed tasks to Core and so far they’re working.
