My routines are failing today, based on presence. SmartThings will show whether a presence is home, but the routines I have set up are not running. For example, I can leave and it’ll show I’m away, but the “I’m Away” routine will not run.
I should add that Presence notifications I have set up, are not working either, even though the app shows “Present.”
