Assistance on first piston - turn on light when iphone morning alarm goes off

Hi all so I figure I will need IFTTT for this.

Im looking to set the light to 10% 30 minutes before iphone / android alarm goes off in the morning.

I’ll be looking to add more actions in the future but keeping it simple for my first one… thanks!
