Arlo Pro2 and Ring Doorbell | Not Working

Hello,

I’ve just recently purchased Smart things and tried adding devices to the App like:

  • Arlo Pro2 cameras
  • Arlo Base Station
  • Ring Door Bell

I can add them into ST, however, I cannot:

  • View any live feed in ST
  • Base Station is always Offline

Do not know what to do…and there isn’t anything that I know that can help.

Hope someone in the community can help

Are you using the “Arlo( Connect)” SmartApp and using it to define Arlo devices to include? Arlo Pro2 cameras and the base station should work fine, they do for me.

Can’t help with Ring though I’m afraid.
