Little background. I have been using IFTTT for 8 months now to arm/disarm my security system, and for the most part it has worked reliabily, more so on my alarm side than st. First I was using virtual switches and they failed me, so I looked at my system and picked two switches that are less likely to be accidentally turned on. So when Good Bye routine fires, the ‘good bye’ switch turns on. IFTTT recipe runs when ‘good bye’ switch turns on and arms Arlo. Same thing for good night.
