Arlo Camera-->SmartThings-->Alexa--> "Front camera detects motion!"

It seems I saw this come up last year or earlier this year, but is it possible to get Alexa (Amazon Echo/Dot) speak a phrase if a specific device (camera/motion sensor) is triggered?
