Are any ST staff online right now?

Good evening! I’m hoping someone at ST is available tonight to help me get my setup code. I recently moved to a new house and have started to setup my ST gear again. I deleted my location tonight and didn’t realize I need the welcome code. Of course, I can’t find my setup card that came with the hub so I need help! I’m hoping someone can help me tonight if possible. Thanks!

Sorry, that must be a huge frustration. I wish I could help, but all I can offer is tip for next time.

When you get your code, get a sharpie and write it on the inside of the battery cover. You’ll never lose it again!

Mine came on a card and on a tiny sticker in the battery compartment. I thought they all did.

If you haven’t already, you should contact support by email, chat or phone. You’re not likely to get a response from ST staff in this forum.
