Ai Auto mode on my AR9500 split system does not change from the default 24 degrees Celsius and cannot be changed via the adjust temperature feature on the smartthings app. Router is not the issue as I have tried with different models and configurations. I have also tried migrating the AC to a new Samsung account which also did not work. I even sourced an installation manual and reset the programming codes to factory default. The algorithm seems to update and change in the app, however the AC simply has a locked temperature in this mode. All other functions work over wifi. Server issue? Board issue?
