Have lots of aquara devices on smarthings hub V2. All started to not report any status at about same time. They are still connected so system says.
No more motions, humidity etc reports.
Also can not reconnect devices. Disconnected some but scan in app does not find them.
Reset Smarthings hub also no result.
So entire system is off.
Any idea what the issue could be? Thanks
Your devices were probably migrated from the legacy DTHs to Edge drivers and they were not matched to a driver that supports any/all of your device capabilities.
Check this topic to see if your Aquara device is supported by a community driver.
Thank you sooooo much. I did not know about this major change / upgrade and with your help became aware. I found edge device handlers and most is now working again as it should. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Hans
