Aqara U300 user synchronization with fingerprint and others

Hi,

I have a Matter Aqara U300 lock. But the SmartThings driver only allows users to change with a numeric password.

When I unlock the lock with a fingerprint, the SmartThings log shows it as an unknown user.

Is there any way to synchronize so that SmartThings recognizes the user?

Did you create the user credential in the ST app or the Aqara app?

Fingerprints are only able to be added via Aqara on my U200….
