What;s the current submission -> approval timeline? How long does it take for an app to be approved for upload to the market? Anyone with recent experience?

I’m still waiting for approval on my SmartApp submission after 12 months. 
I’ve seen other (more simple) SmartApps get approved in a matter of weeks though so I guess it really depends!

Is there any update to this? Over a year later and there doesn’t see to be any fixed timeline…
