I have been using this appliance outlet for 2 months without a problem.


Last night it went off & I had to do a reset on the outlet. Now not working.
Question
After a reset do I need to remove from ST & then do a reinstall?

You don’t need to remove it, just go to the device in the phone app, tap the gear in the upper right corner and then tap on Replace.

ST will attempt to find it (which it won’t), and then it will say “Ready to replace device” . When that happens press the button on the module. That will cause it to rejoin.

Here are the instructions. You can also replace it with itself after you did the reset, so that should also work.
