I was trying to add another hub at our second home and the code didn’t work so after about the third try, my app stopped working and all I see is a blank screen. Are there any options besides deleting the app and reloading it? If I do that I will loose all my data and information from the first HUB.

There is no data stored in the “App”; so uninstalling / deleting / etc., will not cause you to lose any “hub data”.
All data is stored in the SmartThings Cloud.
