App on samsung s6 issue

Ok so i have the app on my Tab A and my S6 and on the Tab A it works just fine. On the S6 it seems to have an alert that won’t go away. Here is the image. I have uninstalled the app and rebooted the phone quite a few times but can’t get past this.

I also have a S6 and have seen this before. Can’t remember exactly how I fixed it but it did go away after some tinkering. Try clearing the cache for all your apps using the Samsung smart manager.
