Hi I’m experiencing the following
I have a new iPhone and can’t sign in to the ST app. It says password not correct.
I also have 3 iPads that were logged in a year or more ago when I bought my ST. I can use them to change the password and check it online.
- I have the correct password, and can even set a new password, and yet the iPhone cannot sign in. Confirmed this on wife’s new iPhone
- None of the iPads are prompting me for a new password after I changed the old and they remain logged in
