Anyone having issue bringing in account info into Classic App using Samsung account?

(I need to be able to use the classic app, because ZXT-120, an IR blaster I’m trying to use is only usable with the classic app.)

I can log into the classic app with the Samsung account, but it doesn’t bring in my device info - which must surely exist on cloud - into the classic app. None of my hub, sensor or IR blaster shows up in the classic app.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

  1. check that you don’t have multiple locations. If you do, simply change to the other one to see if your devices show up.
  2. make sure you are logging in by selecting New to SmartThings and then use your Samsung account.
