I’m not…
Same here. @tyler fyi
I’m seeing events when I look at devices but nothing in the logs. Makes debugging that much harder.
Sent the following to support as well:
“IDE Logs Seem to be dead right now. Just a kind heads up.”
@Linda Do you have any Smartsense Multi’s? Are you seeing any acceleration events from these? Mine have been dead since yesterday, despite seeing open/close and 3 axis events.
@scottinpollock, I do have some multis and I’m not seeing acceleration events either.
Correction: I do see acceleration events. I missed them the first time through the list.
Log is dead for me too
Thanks! Now I know I am not crazy, and this explains why so much has been broken lately (not schedule but event related).
Hard to keep up with all that is broken in SmartThings in order to report it accurately. )c:
Interesting thing I am seeing a few of mine work and a few are not. It’s about 50/50 for me
Seen them any time in the last 20 hours?
Yeah, that was updated after I reported it. IMHO, that is usually the ONLY way it gets updated.
In so much as some are working and some are not, or all are intermittent?
About four hours ago I saw one on the mailbox and the same on the front door. I’ll have to check the others but I’m pretty sure the from door should have acceleration events from a couple hours ago though I can’t swear to it.
I just opened and shut the front door and no acceleration events showed up though the contact events did so there does appear to be a problem.
I see active/inactive, Open/close on the device. Haven’t checked the IDE.
Should be back up. The outage related to the simulator/logs was reported 3 hours ago at http://status.smartthings.com.
Does your comment relate only to the logging, or the acceleration events on multi’s as well?
Some worked 100% others not at all.
Pulled battery in all of them and I seem the be in business now.
