Any Z-wave dimmers compatible with older wiring?

Hey folks,
Hoping someone has a suggestion for a z-wave dimmer that doesn’t require a (blue) load wire connection. I’ve got some pretty old wiring in my house and only have a single (black) hot wire and a single (white) neutral wire. I picked up a Linear WD500Z-1 dimmer, but it appears to require 3-wire installation. Just to be clear, this is to control a single light from a single switch; it’s not a 3-way installation.

So, are there any z-wave dimmers compatible with older wiring?

Fibaro Universal dimmers are compatible with two wire systems. You can read a lot about them and wiring in Vesternet.com.
