Android, no SmartApps, no SmartLock, no lock codes, no automation - can in no way admin my lock or set codes from either android device, which i could do previously, Is there a previous working version i can rollback to?

If you don’t see Guest Smart Lock under the SmartApp section then it’s not available in that region.
There’s a basic free SmartApp code available there to program permanent guest codes at the end of the first post.
There’s also a premium version which has hundreds of more features for more advanced code management (scheduled, temporary, expiration, mode based, presence based etc) with action and notifications:
