Definitely not got Alexa working as it should in the UK. I also have the latest updates on my fire tv. Pleased I only bought the echo dot. At this rate I may see what all the hype is with google home. It appears there may be alot going for it once they iron out a few niggles and become better established.
Amazon need to pull their socks up if they expect a loyal customer base. Google is the internet and amazon need to get on their game quick time.
