All Zigbee Devices Not updating Status

I’m losing it lol.
All of a sudden, every Zigbee device was unresponsive. Adding new ones or removing->Resetting-> Readding was successful, and smartthings will add them. But they do not respond, cannot be switched or communicated, and have no history. I have removed all Zigbee devices, reset the hub for over 30 minutes (including removing the batteries on my v2 hub), and then tried to add back one at a time. Nothing works. I’m desperate. Any ideas?

What’s the current status of the devices? I mean, did you install them all again?

We would need to check why your devices aren’t responding. For that, we need the following:

  1. Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM
  2. Enable support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.
