This is interesting!
Did you leave your remote access on? Are all devices online now?
I was having this issue but as of this morning everything is now working again. Hub is still showing v58.10.
Hi, I’ve enabled access and dumped the log.
Approximate time: midnight january 4
My understanding is that you can only use hub migration if the target hub has no devices. So you’ll have to remove all devices from the new hub before you’ll be able to migrate.
Only you, @Huib_o, can determine if the effort is worth it
Hvae you communicated with Support? Did you leave Remote acces open?
What problems did you have before?
Anything else you did?
I will wait and the most most important devices on v3 first.
I have this same issue… all zwave and zigbee devices stopped working a few days ago. Finally decided to figure out if this is a know issue, and it appears so. All my other devices work fine through smartthings. V2 Hub on firmware 000.058.00010
Same issue.V2_HUB. Firmware: 000.058.00010
Z-wave and zigbee control stopped working for me on Jan 1. My Honeywell wi-fi thermostat was still controllable. I contacted support. They told me about the firmware update coming next week. However, as of this morning (Jan 10) my ‘good morning’ automation actually turned on all the lights. I’ve confirmed both z wave and zigbee are working again without any firmware update or action on my part. Perhaps this was a cloud issue?
I literally did nothing. I found this post after searching my problems and was just keeping an eye on it. I hadn’t opened a ticket with support.
All my devices stopped working. Hub showed as online and it thought it had access to devices but nothing would respond to commands, automations, or external prompts (think google home requests). I have a mixture of zwave and zigbee devices. Status would also not change if I manually toggled switches/locks.
Sometime between yesterday afternoon and this morning, it started working again. I first noticed my sunrise automations had kicked in. Then I tried all my devies and it seems we are back online. No idea
Great to hear! No changes on my end.. Still all offline. Still hopeful.
Nice to hear!
Can I ask what region you’re in?
No Z-wave functionality for the past few days.
Dumped logs and enabled access.
Thank you.
Anyone’s working in the uk yet?
I hit it sometime after 1:37am on Jan 8 as I turned some lights off heading to bed. The next day, all of my z-wave devices are essentially ‘dead’ and no suggested workarounds are working. I’m pretty sure it was a software update. Pretty frustrating, but glad that you and the team are looking into it…thanks! I’ve done the log dump and allowed the service access as suggested.
Can you please confirm the status of the resolution? It’s almost 12 days since this has been reported first and it seems not to be working for vast majority of us.
Which region are you from?
US - Texas for me
Hasn’t worked since 1/7
I am in the UK with a V2 hub.
Several weeks ago all my Zigbee went offline (no app, SmartThings web, Alexa, local routines worked). Z-Wave not affected. Very oddly, a virtual device connected to a still offline zigbee light was able to control that zigbee light.
Batteries out hub restart worked for me at the time. No problems since. Eagerly awaiting 0.59.08 from today.
If it is a multi day rollout… you may or may not get it today.
