All Lan Connected devices offlline

This Morning when I connected to SmartThings all LAN connected devices are reporting as offline.
This includes Virtual connected devices using Hub (Lan).
I also have a Hue Pro Hub connected via Hub (Lan) and various Matter Connected Hubs. Aqara, Ikea etc.

All Zigbee and Z Wave devices are working normally. and the external Hubs are working when controlled in their Local App.

I have investigated further and the issue only occurs when I have my Home Hub 2 connected.
I have disconnected the HH2, and my Standard V3 hub has taken over and all is working well.

I’ll play around a but more to see what’s happening, but it looks like the HH2 is useless at the moment

Hi, @Jeff_Gallagher
Can you provide the following details, please?

  1. When you connect the HH2, do the devices go offline instantly?
  2. Once they go offline, please submit the hub logs as soon as they do and take note of the date and time to share it with us, including your timezone.
  3. Open support access to your account:

Yes they go offline almost instantly., the issue seems to be caused by the Secondary hub taking over from the Primary. and for some reason when the primary came back online the LAN devices were not available. To fix it, I disconnected the HH2 (Primary) for a long time (around 6 hours) which forced the V3 hub to take over. Everything worked well on the V3.

Once the HH2 came back online I manually promoted it. and everything worked normally.

One strange issue, 2 devices that I had deleted months ago, suddenly reappeared. They didn’t work as the devices are in the trash. But they appeared as offlne. Very strange

Hi, @Jeff_Gallagher
Can you let us the names of both hubs involved in this issue, please?

Hi I’m sorted now, I made the V3 hub the primary for a day or so, Before resetting and adding back the HH2.

The HH2 is now back as the primary and is stable again
