So our Aeotec Smart Home Hub wont stay connected anymore. it’s been working fine until a couple days ago. now after unplugging and plugging back in, the light will turn green and it connects for maybe 5 mins, and then disconnects and the light turns sold blue. is this an issue anyone else has dealt with? Im not sure what to do, thanks!

have you rebooted your Router?
if using wifi - switch over to Ethernet or vice versa.
also… contact ST Support to see if they can investigate.

No issue with my Aeotec Hub, I do use fixed IP on both the ethernet and WiFi connection.
The primary connection is the ethernet, WiFi is enabled and less stable (WiFi for you) but has been connected for over 5 days without issue since the last WiFi channel change (due to interference)
