Aeotec Smart Home Hub 2/Aeotec Smart Home Hub/ThingsOne/2018/2015 Model Hub Firmware Release Notes - 0.60.12

Hi Andreas,

Yes I do, but not for this specific issue. All the automations are set up on the SmartThings Station. The only time I use Alexa for the devices in question is to turn them back on when they turn off. I’ve already checked in the Alexa app, I’ve never had hunches turned on and the smart grouping is off.

I’ve literally checked everything. There are no other automations running on any other app, no hidden automations, no double routines in Alexa.

Hi @TonyStark
To continue investigating this issue, could you please help us with the following:

  • Hub logs captured around the time when the devices turn off/on unexpectedly

Provide the Hub logs through the my.smartthings.com:

  1. In the my.smartthings, enter “your hubs”
  2. Enter the corresponding Hub
  3. Click on “Dump Hub Logs”
  4. Change the reason for requesting hub logs if needed
  5. Click on “Dump Hub Logs”
  6. Confirm that the request is submitted
Note: If you have more than one Hub, the name of the one involved in the issue.

Impersonation access so our engineering team can review your setup and logs in more detail

  1. Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM.
  2. Enable support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.

More info about this access here: https://support.smartthings.com/hc/en-us/articles/36170233944852-Enabling-Account-Data-Access-for-Support
Additionally, since this appears to be a random turn on/off scenario, please provide:

  • Exact timestamps of the events, including your timezone

This information will help us determine whether the commands are being triggered from the platform or from another source.

Hi there,

Sorry for delay.

I’ve sent DM

Has your Fridge’s Thread Network been stable since you unified it with your Station’s Thread Network? My Fridge’s screen keeps freezing then crashing and rebooting every few days and when this happens the Hub Reboots at the same time. The first time it rebooted after I unified my Thread Network with my Station’s, it renamed the Thread Network on it’s own. Then the Third time it reboot it has now crashed just like it has been doing now for 2+ years. So unifying the Thread Network didn’t fix the Thread Network from becoming completely unstable and is still bugging out for me. Has this happened to you as well?

I thought it had but in the last couple of weeks, I’ve had the stack hang twice and the AWA give me the maximum outstanding responses message.
