I performed a Hub Replacement from an Aeotec Smart Home Hub (old) to a new Aeotec Smart Home Hub 2.
Now I would like to add the “old Hub” to my Hub Group, but unfortunately, I can’t.
I always get the following message/error (see picture).
Both Hubs are connected to a Fritzbox 5690Pro via Wi-Fi.
No firewalls are configured on the router.
I have already performed “Ping” and “Dump Hub Logs” via SmartThings. Add a little smartness to your things. /hubs
I have also disconnected Hub 2 from power for 15 minutes, which did not resolve the issue.
What can I do?
Error message:

erneut.

@nayelyz @Itati
Connect both hubs to the router via Ethernet.
Both Hubs now connected via Ethernet
Wait and see what happens and if that wasn’t enough, power cycle both hubs.

I don’t know if this helps.

Hi, @David_Voss
I would suggest you report this to Customer Support first since this falls within their scope.
- Open the SmartThings app
- Go to the menu tab at the bottom-right corner.
- On this page, select the option “contact us” and then go to “Error reports”
- Select the topic related to your issue and follow the steps to submit your support request
