My switch has worked flawless for 2 years. Its has stopped working outside, but inside is fine.
Says "failed to update route: when out side.
run z-wave repair and review the logs.
in app, tap on your hub, tap on the 3 dots, select Settings then Z-Wave utilities
run it a few times to see if the errors, if any, go away
I’ve run it a few times, seems to have stopped working when my hub went off line last week.
How do I get the logs?

Or in the app, when you run it… they would appear in the window until you get the repair has completed message. Depending on how long it takes to run.
If no errors show… you may want to power cycle main powered z-wave devices to see if any devices could be the cause starting with the switch that is not working .
Think I will just except it won’t work. Ran repair, no luck, power cycle, now
doesn’t even show up.

Took plug inside, reconnected, took back out, plugged in
,3 smartthings “ET-WV525” restarted.
Now totally offline. Maybe faulty?
