I have been having problem with my Aeon Gen 5 siren going offline at least three times a day. The only way to get it back on line is by using the test button in my IOS ST app. Does anyone know of a way to prevent this from going offline and having to set off the alarm to get it back on line. I am using the standard DTH.
I know this sounds strange, but I was having the same problem. Two days ago I accidentally set off the SHM alarm and since then it’s not been unavailable?

Not strange at all, since the only way to get it back is either set off the alarm, or use the test button in the IOS app. I just wish there was a refresh in the official DTH.
