I suspect the issue is with the hub firmware because this device has a large command suite:

Fibaro FGRM 222 - Roller Shutter

Okay, scratch that. I looked at the hub code and it appears there’s a bug that will cause problems for devices with more than 18 command classes. Sorry. I’ll fix it in the next firmware update, which should be available in less than a month.
