Aeon gen5 Siren problem

Here are some suggestions for removing the device:

  • The device needs to be removed from any SmartApps that may be using it.

  • When you remove it through the mobile app you should press the button on the siren to complete the exclusion.

  • If you moved the device after pairing it, it might be too far away from the hub so you should try moving it closer.

  • If all else fails, delete it from the IDE and perform a factory reset on the device by holding down the button for about 20 seconds.
