A group of friends sent me this link for integrating devices outside of the ST (Standardized Computer) using a local network. Has anyone used or tested it to see if it’s safe or if it works? The local site is Korean, but it has an English option.

I’ve wanted to write this message for a while. I’ve been using EdgeBridge for a long time, and I just wanted to say — thank you. Really. It’s been such a great service, and it genuinely changed how I thought about what Edge Drivers could do. I should also mention: the Korean SmartThings community absolutely loves EdgeBridge. So many Korean ST users rely on it daily, and it’s become a cornerstone of how a lot of us build our setups here.
The one thing I kept bumping into was that most of my friends in the community didn’t have a server at home, and running one just for EdgeBridge was too much of a hurdle for them. I kept thinking about how to make this kind of capability reachable for regular SmartThings users who don’t have that setup.
