My cellular backup connection went down on my ADT Smarthings hub this morning. Anyone else having this issue? I am hesitant to contact support since it usually involves hours on the phone and being passed back and forth from ADT to Samsung support and lots of finger pointing.
I am migrating to a Ring alarm but still have some devices connected to the ADT Smarthings hub and still have life safety only monitoring with them for a little while…
