Adding user to ST

Okay so I know this has been talked about because, I googled it. However can’t find the fix in the 100’s of pages on this site . Here is the problem I’m trying to add a new user to ST I type the email, hit done and keep getting a red box that say unexpected error . What is going on ? I have been trying for over a hour, I’m reading post from back in December 2015 with the same problem. So is their really anyway to add a new user ???

Not yet hopefully someone from ST Replies seems like this has been going on for a long time

I’m sure that’s very frustrating. :disappointed_relieved: There are some SmartThings employees who spend some time in the forum, but they don’t officially answer questions here. And they’re all away at the Samsung developers conference this week anyway.

The best thing to do is to email support@smartthings.com or
( support@smartthings.co.uk if you’re in the UK) and they should be able to help.

I emailed them, and they had it fixed shortly after and emailed me back. I wonder hwy the reliability is falling apart again :(.
