I’ve added my wife’s phone as a 2nd device. We are both on Android 8, using the classic Smartthings app.
All the device “Things” show up on her phone. When turning on, say, a light, the light will turn on, but the indicated state - i.e. “On/Off” or color condition, i.e. Blue/White, does not change. The app will not indicate the current state of the thing.
I’ve tried clearing the cache on the app, rebooting the hub, restarting the phone, etc., but nothing corrects the problem.
