AD2Pi Issues and Support

I have been using the ad2pi since 2017 and it has worked well, as suggested on this forum. All of a sudden I noticed that my sensors aren’t working so it looks like the ad2pi is not working.

I emailed their support and got 1 response that was very unclear. I replied and it’s been several days with no response. I think they were suggesting that the storage or storage reader is bad or needs replaced. I do not see the storage on the device so I asked about it. No response.

Any ideas?
