Activity Feed and Smart App not accurate

I have been using the ST system for about 3 weeks now. I am Happy with the system so far. I have had issues with the range of the hub as it seems that certain devices are not responding to the app or show inactive even after repairing the network or rebooting.

What is great is that I have timers set for the outdoor lights and light switches. These are working perfectly but when I look at the status of the lights, on some it is usually wrong and on the activity feed it never shows for the outdoor modules even though they are working on schedule. Not sure why this happens or how to approach.

I want to add some more switches and sensors but this range and status issue has held me back.
