Wish I could offer help. I’d like to know what/how/why it happened so I never have to go through it!
I went in to change my password.
Apparently I entered “deer" Into the location setting.
It took that as Germany.
When I logged back on everything was in Germany, so I tried to change it back.
Now, I have to wait 180 days to change location back.
And
It took everything with it. I was left with a blank setup.
That is a harsh reality check! Sorry for the pain you are going through!
You should reach out to Samsung Support. Once you get the Country changed back, I bet your hub/devices will come back.

I thought about what would happen after the 6 months, but there is no way I was going to have a crippled house for 6 months lol.

Bow, I’m.spending the day trying to get 10 year old devices to reset.
My fingers actually hurt from all the paddle.switches lol

Yes. I started clean.
They repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do
Been a hard go resetting devices ((((
