Accessing Video from Samsung

I had a SmartCam HD Pro that I set up with Smartthings. I also set up at https://www.samsungsmartcam.com/web/ and it was uploading on a continuous basis. I could tell because I saw logs and it uploaded more than all the other devices on the network. Well here is my question: Is there any way that Samsung can provide the last couple minutes of video? The camera was stolen. The response I got from Tier 1 was no, but since this seemed to be a beta program, is there anyone that knows more? Thanks…Ed
