Try an incognito window.
If still doesn’t work, it could be temporary.
And be sure you are starting at https://account.SmartThings.com - not any other URL!
man it’s just one thing after another.
I haven’t researched, but I would hope that it is impossible for a website to determine if the browser is in private or incognito mode.
Logins to most websites (including Samsung Login) may require storing a session cookie, but incognito mode does not prevent this. It just destroys the cookie upon exit.
