I have two inexpensive Android tablets, both of which I would be afraid to try rooting because they have very low system resources. So to anyone here who has a rooted android, and a few minutes to spare, I’d be grateful for the following:
A) load the Optimum (Cable tv) app
B) extract the app’s androidmanifest.xml file
C) post that file here
You can delete the app afterward.
If I have the intents, I might be able to program Tasker to send those intents. That would allow automation of the cable box both in SmartThings and Alexa.
