500 Internal Server Error when trying to login to https://smartthings.developer.samsung.com/

Samsung support directed me here.

When I try to login to https://smartthings.developer.samsung.com/ I get a 500 Internal Server Error.
I have tried this on 3 different computers using Chrome, Firefox, and Edge all using normal and incognito browsing. 2 different mobile devices, using normal and incognito, and every time I get the same error.

I don’t know what else to do, because at this point samsung says it’s not their problem.

It’s great having you back, @punkgamer69!
Were you trying to log in to the Developer Workspace or the Developer Docs?
I’m not getting the error, and sometimes it is solved by clearing the browser’s cache but that’s similar to trying from different devices.
As it happens when you try to log in, there might be something wrong with your account, so, please contact SmartThings Customer Support.
On that page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the bottom (“Additional Support”) and select “SmartThings Product Support”
  2. It should send you to the support page according to your location.
  3. At the bottom, select the option “Email” SmartThings Support.
  4. Describe what you’re experiencing and add the screen capture of the error.

Hi, @nayelyz
I’ve tried logging in to both the Developer Workspace and the Developer Docs with both after I click login and enter my credentials I get the 500 internal server error page.

I’ll try the steps once I get home.
