500 error when adding a driver

Can’t at a certain driver to my hub. Getting UnexpectedError: unsuccessful-http-call status=500

Other drivers from same provider work fine.

Any ideas? I have rebooted my hub.

It’s the Harmony Bridge Simple V2 driver.

I have 22 drivers installed

It was installed and working. The driver stopped working and i uninstalled. When i tried to reinstall, i got the error

Other drivers install fine. Just the Harmony ones get the error

The correct URL should be Samsung account

Edit: or maybe Samsung account but I guess you are already enrolled in the channel so that’s not the problem. The link you pasted with callaway is not valid to enroll.

Hi, @fredd0
Please check if the link provided above works, if not, we will need the info below to investigate further:

  1. Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM
  2. Enable support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.
  1. Date and time of the last attempt to install the driver
  2. If you have more than 1 hub, provide its name so we can identify it in your account.

@nayelyz Used the above link - same error. I last tried at 12:13am on 10-17.

One hub

This?

That’s just for subscribing to the driver channel because you pasted the wrong link in another comment, just in case that was the issue. If you’re already enrolled / subscribed you don’t need the link.

By the way, I see you’ve marked my answer as the solution but I guess you still have the problem, don’t you? In that case it’s better to unmark it as solved to avoid more confusion.

I accidentally marked a solution. I fixed that. I just tried to install again and same failure.

Possible relevant info - there are two drivers in the channel that won’t install. I had them both installed and the drivers stopped working. I uninstalled them and now can’t install them. I can install other drivers in the same channel.

Hi, @fredd0
The name of one drive is ‘Harmony Bridge Simple V2.’
Could you please tell me the name of the other one?

Harmony Bridge Simple is the other one

I cannot say 100% if i removed the devices before uninstalling the driver. I think i did because i think i remember it saying “devices still in use” when i first tried to uninstall it

Any ideas or anything i can do? I opened my account for monitoring but haven’t heard anything since

I tried to install using the cli and got the same error

@nayelyz
Any kind of time frame as to getting assistance? The last update didn’t fix it (not sure if it was supposed to fix the problem my hub is having)

Hi, @fredd0
Can you try again and share with us the timestamp of the attempt including your timezone, please?
This is to get fresh logs about this and ask the team to check those.

Note: If you try with only one driver, please let us know if it’s “Harmony Bridge Simple V2” or “Harmony Bridge Simple”

After weeks of getting a 500… i just got a success.

Absolutely nothing changed since the last time i tried…

If anything was changed on your end, please let me know

Happy to have my integration back!

Hi @fredd0

We apologize for the delay. The team confirmed yesterday that the issue has been resolved.
Thank you!
