Hi. About every 2 weeks, my reality switch goes offline. The unusual thing is the hub still “talks” to it. For instance most of the automation tasks that include this switch
execute normally. I am also able to see in the app the status of the switch (on/off). The only automation task that doesn’t work is the one which should trigger the switch when arriving home.
I have rebooted the hub - issue still persists. Re-adding the switch fixes the problem but it’s not a quick and easy process. Any ideas? Thanks.
