Anyone know of somebody offering a 3rd party service to monitor home security and fire for ST?
Just bought a house in Denver and would love to set up ST and get the biggest discount I can on homeowner’s insurance. Like with most companies, this requires a professional company to monitor. This got me wondering if there is any 3rd party company out there that offers a service to connect up to ST and provide the monitoring service. ADT, Xfinity, etc all require you to use their hardware for monitoring, I’m thinking a company that certifies hardware then connects into that when you install. Liability, availability etc I know it’s not easy, but worth a shot.
