3rd gen Samsung hub goes offline every day or two

I replaced my hub under a year ago with a new GP-U999SJVLGDA gen 3 model, and all has been fine until about a week or two ago.

The hub started showing as offline every evening. The physical hub showed a green LED. Rebooting it brings it back online.

This happened daily for a week or so, so I finally moved the hub to a new location with a wired connection. It stayed online for 3 days after the move, but has now gone offline twice in the new location, 2-3 days apart.

Any clues? Are there logs that could help? Doesn’t the green LED in the hub indicate a good connection?

Could this be related to the recent channels issue?

Yes: router logs.

Make sure that the hub has it’s own reserved (fixed, static) IP address.

yes - Solid Green indicates Hub is connected

rather odd that you mention it goes offline every evening. Does it happen in the evening when you moved it to the new location?
