My list:

Echo - Master bedroom  
Echo - Kitchen  
Dot - Spare Room  
Dot - Office  
Dot - Bathroom  
Tap - Living Room (and outside)  
Dash Wand

- 3 Google Homes as well (Kitchen, Living Room, Office)

I honestly couldn’t think of anywhere else to put Alexa (aside from upgrading to Shows soon), but the layout of my house makes a single Echo able to cover multiple rooms easily (the kitchen echo covers both the kitchen and the dining room).
